Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 3–5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a flat round shape.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown with beautiful bubbles.
- Brush with melted butter while still warm.
- Serve hot with cheese, tea, honey, or your favorite dinner side dishes.
