INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups mixed berries or cherries
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin or fruit jelly powder
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add berries, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a pot.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until the fruit softens well.
- Strain the mixture to remove seeds and pulp.
- Return liquid to low heat and stir in gelatin slowly.
- Add honey and mix until fully dissolved.
- Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve cold with ice for a refreshing healthy drink.
