HOMEMADE FRUIT JELLY DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mixed berries or cherries
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin or fruit jelly powder
  • 2 cups water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add berries, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a pot.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes until the fruit softens well.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and pulp.
  4. Return liquid to low heat and stir in gelatin slowly.
  5. Add honey and mix until fully dissolved.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve cold with ice for a refreshing healthy drink.
