INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe papaya
- 1 teaspoon fresh papaya seeds
- 1 glass cold water or milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- A few drops of lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the papaya well and cut it in half.
- Scoop out the black seeds and keep 1 teaspoon aside.
- Peel the papaya and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- Add papaya cubes, seeds, water or milk, and honey into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add lemon juice and ice cubes for extra freshness.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- Papaya seeds have a strong peppery taste, so use only a small amount.
- Drink in the morning for better digestion support.
- Choose fully ripe papaya for natural sweetness.
