Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage (chopped)
- 250g beef (thinly sliced or minced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until soft and slightly golden.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned and fully done.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and mix well.
- Add salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Add soy sauce (optional), mix, and cook for another minute.
