Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage (chopped)
  • 250g beef (thinly sliced or minced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until soft and slightly golden.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned and fully done.
  5. Stir in chopped cabbage and mix well.
  6. Add salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  8. Add soy sauce (optional), mix, and cook for another minute.
