some peoples seek help from professionals, but there are a few steps that will help you to ditch negative thoughts and help you to build your relationship with good/positive thoughts.

Cope With Negative Thoughts
  1. Pause for a moment: if you are stuck with your negative thoughts just pause for a minute and focus on the world around you with all your conscious senses.
  2. Time to notice: now notice the difference between stuck thoughts and present experience, notice what your mind is up to, and whether are you arguing with yourself. try to pause these unpleasing images and thoughts which are running through your head.

3. Now label them: why label your thoughts? labeling will help you to understand whether it’s a literal truth or thoughts are just messing with

your joy. so practice labeling, without any attempt to soften or change or avoid whatever thoughts are happening in your mind. how do you practice? practice slowing down your thoughts and add them to the stem by labeling them like this “ I am having the thought that ……”.

4. what are your intentions?: once you have given a PAUSE to your mental thoughts and after that, you NOTICE what’s been happening and how’s been working, and the last step you LABEL it like WHAT THEY ARE- mental], simple weather they stay and go you should be better able to choose your intentions and this will lead you to the next step which is right for you.

Cope With Negative Thoughts

The human brain is by far the most complex powerhouse of energy. stop yourself from negative thoughts as soon as you caught yourself, so it is important for you who have been struggling with negative thoughts to stop them at the very start because this my friend will not lead you to a good road.

Be conscious of your thoughts and try to keep yourself busy with whatever you like or you have an interest in being busy means there is no home for negative thoughts, reading books listening to music, do exercise, eat the best food which your tastebuds actually enjoy and this will help you to boost your energy, avoid triggering yourself for anything which leads you to negative thought, full night rest and sleep also helps. This is how you are going to kiss goodbye to your negative thoughts.

Become aware of how your thoughts are impacting your emotions and behaviors. Observe your thoughts. Ask yourself if this thought is helpful. What purpose is the thought serving you? How does the thought make you feel?
