Celery Cleansing Drink

A refreshing green beverage made from fresh celery stalks, known for its hydrating and cleansing properties. This simple drink supports the body’s natural detox processes and is best enjoyed first thing in the morning for a light, energizing start.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large bunch of fresh celery stalks
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • A few mint leaves (optional, for aroma)

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Wash the celery thoroughly and trim the ends.
  2. Cut the stalks into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  3. Place celery and water in a blender; blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  5. Add lemon juice, honey, or mint if desired, and stir well.

SERVE:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Best served chilled.
