INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
