INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and chop the ginger into small pieces.
- Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, and water into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth for a smooth shot.
- Stir in honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Pour into small bottles or shot glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
