- Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture and stir well.
- In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in flour and cook briefly, then slowly whisk in milk and cream.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until creamy.
- Spread a little sauce in the baking dish. Add noodles, beef mixture, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used. Finish with extra cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
TIPS
- Use thick-cut bacon for extra smoky flavor.
- Add pickles or jalapeños for a cheeseburger-style twist.
- Fresh parmesan melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese.
- Let the lasagna rest before cutting to keep layers neat.
- Pair with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
