Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

For the Meat Layer

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

For the Parmesan Garlic Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Other Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture and stir well.
  4. In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in flour and cook briefly, then slowly whisk in milk and cream.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until creamy.
  7. Spread a little sauce in the baking dish. Add noodles, beef mixture, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used. Finish with extra cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

TIPS

  • Use thick-cut bacon for extra smoky flavor.
  • Add pickles or jalapeños for a cheeseburger-style twist.
  • Fresh parmesan melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese.
  • Let the lasagna rest before cutting to keep layers neat.
  • Pair with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
