Ingredients
For the Steak
- 2 lbs carne asada (flank or skirt steak)

- 1 small lime, juiced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine cumin, kosher salt, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper.
