INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup warm water
– ½ teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root)
– 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
– Juice of ½ lemon
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTION:
1. Boil water and let it cool slightly until warm.
2. Add turmeric and ginger; stir well.
3. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.
4. Strain into a glass.
