INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups water
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour water into a pot and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add sliced ginger and rosemary.
- Let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain into a cup.
- Add fresh lemon juice and honey.
- Stir well until the honey dissolves completely.
- Drink warm, especially in the morning or before bedtime.
