INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 cups water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add ginger, parsley, and fennel seeds.
- Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add fresh lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Drink warm once in the morning and once in the evening.
TIPS
- Reduce salty and processed foods to help decrease water retention.
- Keep your legs elevated for 15–20 minutes daily.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Gentle walking and stretching may improve circulation.
- Avoid standing or sitting for long periods.
- Wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing.
