INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, parsley, and fennel seeds.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add fresh lemon juice and honey if desired.
