Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 medium onion, grated

Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes and onion.
- Place the grated mixture in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix with eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten gently.
- Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
