  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add egg, melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix into a soft dough.

  4. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Divide dough into small pieces and flatten each slightly.
