Ingredients
- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
- Cotton pads or a clean brush
Instructions
- Boil the bay leaves in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool, then strain the liquid.
- Add rice flour, honey, and aloe vera gel to the bay leaf water.
- Mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
- Apply the mask evenly to a clean face and neck.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Use 2–3 times a week for fresh, healthy-looking skin.
Tips
- Always do a patch test before using on sensitive skin.
- Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Apply moisturizer after washing the mask off.
- Avoid direct sunlight immediately after use.
- Store leftover mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, use fresh natural ingredients.
Note: Bay leaves may help improve skin appearance naturally, but they do not work like Botox or permanently remove wrinkles.
