Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh palm wine
- 6 bitter kola nuts, smashed
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Pour the palm wine into a clean bowl or bottle.
- Smash the bitter kola into small pieces.
- Add the bitter kola and cloves into the palm wine.
- Stir well and allow the mixture to soak for 6–12 hours.
- Strain if desired before drinking.
- Take a small quantity once daily, preferably in the morning.
