For the Potato Dough:
- 4 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 egg (optional)

For the Filling:
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup boiled chicken or cooked minced meat (optional)

- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
For Coating:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (for dipping)

- Prepare the Potatoes
Boil the potatoes until soft. Peel and mash them smoothly without lumps. - Make the Dough
Add cornflour, egg, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and coriander to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until a soft dough forms. - Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cheese, chicken/minced meat (if using), capsicum, onion, salt, and chili flakes. - Shape the Rolls
Take a portion of potato mixture and flatten it in your hand like a pancake.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Carefully roll and seal the edges to form a smooth roll. - Coat the Rolls
Dip each roll into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs. - Cook
- For Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- For Baking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- For Air Fryer: Cook at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.
- Serve hot with ketchup, chili garlic sauce, or mint chutney.
