INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g instant dry yeast
  • 40 g sugar
  • 8 g salt
  • 250–300 ml warm milk or water
  • 40 g butter (softened)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk (or water) and mix to form a soft dough.
