Rice & Clove Night Moisturizing Remedy
A homemade blend of rice, cloves, and nourishing oils that can be applied at night to hydrate and refresh facial skin.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice (uncooked, preferably white rice)
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons baby oil or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Vaseline (petroleum jelly)
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Prepare Rice & Cloves:
- Boil rice and cloves in ½ cup water until rice softens.
- Strain and keep the thick starchy liquid.
- Mix with Oils:
- In a clean bowl, combine the rice-clove liquid with baby oil (or coconut oil).
- Add Vaseline and stir until smooth.
- Cool & Store:
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Store in a clean glass jar with a lid.
How to Use
- Wash your face with mild soap before bedtime.
- Apply a thin layer of the mixture to your face and arms.
- Leave overnight and rinse off in the morning.
- Use daily for 21 days for best results.
