🌿 Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh papaya leaves (washed thoroughly)
- 1½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon castor oil (optional, for extra growth boost)
🥣 Instructions
- Wash & Chop
Rinse the papaya leaves properly to remove dirt. Chop them into small pieces.
- Boil
Add the chopped leaves to a pot with 1½ cups of water.
Boil for 10–15 minutes until the water turns dark green.
- Cool & Strain
Let the mixture cool completely. Strain the liquid into a clean bowl.
- Add Oils (Optional)
Mix in coconut oil and castor oil for added nourishment.
- Apply to Scalp
Massage the liquid directly onto your scalp for 5–10 minutes.
- Leave On
Leave it for 30–45 minutes. You can also keep it overnight for deeper conditioning.
- Rinse
Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use 2 times per week for best results.
