INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 cup warm water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the ground cloves and cinnamon powder to a cup.
- Pour warm water over the spices and stir well.
- Add honey and mix until fully combined.
- Let the drink sit for 2–3 minutes.
- Drink warm, preferably in the morning or before bedtime.
TIPS
- Use fresh organic honey for better flavor and quality.
- Do not boil the honey, as high heat may reduce its natural goodness.
- You can add a slice of lemon for extra freshness.
- Drink in moderation, 3–4 times a week is enough.
- Store leftover mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
