Ingredients

Instructions
- Pour the water into a small saucepan over low heat.

- Slowly sprinkle the gelatin powder into the mixture while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add fresh lemon juice and keep stirring until everything is smooth and fully dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds or a small dish.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
