- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the best flavor.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the machine instructions.
- Once thick and creamy, transfer the ice cream into an airtight container.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm and scoopable.
- Serve cold with chocolate syrup, fruits, or your favorite toppings.
