Homemade Collagen Powder

A nutrient-rich blend of seeds and legumes that supports natural collagen production for glowing, youthful skin. INGREDIENTS:

– 1 tbsp moringa powder (optional)

INSTRUCTION:
1. Clean and dry all seeds, grains, and legumes thoroughly.
2. Roast each ingredient separately on low heat until aromatic.
3. Cool completely before grinding into a fine powder.
4. Mix all powders together, adding amla and moringa.
5. Store in an airtight glass jar in a cool, dry place.
6. Consume 1 spoon daily with warm water, milk, or smoothies.

SERVE:
Makes about 250–300 grams of powder. Ideal for daily use over several weeks. Can be added to drinks, yogurt, or sprinkled on salads.
