Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling:
    In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Shape the Puffs:
    Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Add a spoonful of chicken filling in the center and fold into rolls or pockets. Seal edges properly.
  3. Apply Egg Wash:
    Brush each puff with beaten egg for a golden finish.
