Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes (plus time for beef if making from scratch)
Total Time: 45–50 minutes
Servings: 6–8 sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded beef (leftover roast or slow-cooked beef works best)
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. If using leftover beef, ensure it’s shredded and seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper. Warm slightly if needed.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each slightly with your hands.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of shredded beef onto half of the biscuits. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the remaining biscuits on top to form sliders, pressing edges lightly to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, mix a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or BBQ sauce into the beef before assembling.
  • You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Swiss cheese.
  • Slider size can be adjusted by using smaller biscuits or cutting larger biscuits in half.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
