- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional for flavor)

Instructions
- Cut an aloe vera leaf and remove the outer green skin.
- Scoop out the clear gel and rinse it well to remove bitterness.
- Add the aloe gel to a blender with water.
- Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
- If using a cinnamon stick, simmer it in 1–2 tablespoons of hot water for 2 minutes to release flavor.
- Add cinnamon (powder or cinnamon water) into the blended aloe mixture.
- Stir in honey or lemon juice if desired.
